We want to get Hush Tape into your bedtime routine as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping options & rates

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $40.
• Standard Shipping (US, under $40): $4.99 flat rate.
• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days, calculated at checkout.
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination, calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package's progress until it arrives.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at zyrastorehelp@gmail.com.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but missing, reach out to our team and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

International customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
