We stand behind Hush Tape. If it's not the right fit for you, we'll refund your order within 30 days of delivery — no awkward questions.
How to start a return
- Email us at zyrastorehelp@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
- For hygiene reasons, please do not return opened packages — we'll process your refund without requiring you to ship the product back in most cases.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Items not eligible for return
- Opened or used product packs (for hygiene reasons).
- Orders past the 30-day window.
- Items not purchased directly through our website.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may have already shipped — in which case the standard return process applies.
